Terms and conditions

1. Orders

Orders are placed through our website. All orders are subject to the availability of items and delivery slots. After you place an order you receive an order number and payment instructions.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB). Orders are paid by bank transfer or PromptPay QR. Send your payment slip to info@jomtien-expat-foods.com with your order number as the subject, and we ship your order once we receive it. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.

3. Order confirmation and your details

You will receive confirmation of your order with the items, delivery address and contact details. It is your responsibility to make sure the contact information and delivery address you give us are correct.

4. Delivery

We deliver across Thailand in four zones, each with a set delivery price shown at checkout. We aim to deliver within the estimated time given when you order, though times can vary with demand or unforeseen circumstances. We will try to contact you before delivery. If you cannot be reached or are not available to receive the order, a redelivery fee may apply or the order may be cancelled at our discretion. See our delivery and returns page for full details.

5. Product quality

We aim to deliver good quality, fresh products. If an item arrives damaged, expired or incorrect, tell us straight away and within 5 days of receiving your order. We may ask for a photo or for the product to be returned so we can assess the problem.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You can return or exchange an order within 14 days of purchase, or within 24 hours for items with a sell by date under one week. Items must be in the condition you received them and in their original packaging. You can ask to cancel on the day you place the order, provided it has not shipped. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the problem was our error. Our refund policy has the full details.

7. Privacy

We use your personal information only to fill your order and we do not sell or share it. See our privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time without notice. Please check back from time to time.

9. Legal compliance

By placing an order you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We may refuse service, cancel orders or take appropriate action where fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
